Here’s how to gain access to your account.
One you’ve reset your password for your new account, you can log-in and manage your subscriptions, billing & shipping information.
Step 1: Reset Your Password
You can Reset Your Password from the My Account Log-in page
Or by directly visiting the Password Reset page
Step 2: Check Email for Link
Check your email and click the link to reset your password:
Step 3: Enter a new Password
Choose your new password.
Step 4: Log In
Upon successful login, you will be directed to your Account page.
Here you can now modify your plan and update your billing & shipping details.
Step 5: Confirm Payment Details
Check to be sure that your payment details are current. Delete any card that might have expired.
Step 6: Review & Pay Any Outstanding Charges / Orders
Step 7: Enter Payment Details & Pay for Order
You can choose to pay with your saved card or Enter payment details to use a new credit card.

In order to serve you better, we’ve automatically transferred all your account info into this new system.
Though to ensure proper security measures are in place, we must force you to reset your password in order to gain access.
