The brand spanking new roasting facility and cupping lab in Gardena will produce an array of hand crafted, fresh roasted coffee selections for the Caffe Luxxe brand & it’s three local cafes.
A plan six years in the making, Caffe Luxxe owners Mark Wain & Gary Chau are now ready to unveil this new element to their arsenal and we couldn’t think of a better way to wrap up this incredible year.
A Capella is a classic espresso blend of south american, south east asian & african coffees which produces a sweet, light, slightly floral flavor profile that tastes great as an espresso.
Testa Rossa is A Capella PLUS an additional component which boosts the body of it – such that you still have that sweet flavor and it punches through the milk. Great for a press pot, drip coffee or even a cappuccino or cafe latte.
